Short Bio
I am a master's student from Stony Brook University studying computer science. I hold a bachelor's degree in computer science from Stony Brook University specializing in artificial intelligence and data science. Broadly, my research interests are machine learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
Research
I am interested in researching and applying reinforcement learning and NLP techniques to various domains, including quantitative finance, electrical engineering, physics, and biology. My undergraduate research was focused on the applications of large language models (LLMs) and related NLP technologies to improve our understanding of molecular biology, advised by Dr. Gilchan Park from Brookhaven National Laboratory. Currently, I am exploring machine learning in quantitative finance, researching RL and NLP applications in portfolio optimization and asset pricing. I am currently advised by Professor Pawel Polak and Professor Yifan Sun.
